After working closely with children and families I am now pleased to be able to add life coaching to my services offered. I am available to meet with clients virtually, or in person with those living in the Austin, TX area.
My motivation
Just as parenting is not an easy task; Adulting has its many challenges as well. Navigating life feeling supported and heard, motivated me to not only author my second book, but it also inspired me to become a certified life coach.
Maintaining healthy relationships, managing challenging moments in the workplace, work/ life balance, parenting guilt, creating healthy boundaries with family, friends, and children, finding time for self-care, respecting ourselves and others, managing difficult topics such as death, and divorce, are just a few examples…it’s a lot of work and at times it can feel overwhelming.
Not completely different from my first book that focused on techniques to make parenting more enjoyable; my mission in writing this book and becoming a life coach is to help clients find methods that are easy to implement and that will help make the daily struggles more manageable. I look forward to the opportunity to work with anyone that may be looking for support meeting their personal goals.

Sessions are available in person for customers located in the Austin, Texas area and via FaceTime/Skype at times that are convenient for you.
Fees associated with my sessions are listed below:
~My consultation services are always free of charge for Military Families~
In home consult: $100.00/hour or $60.00/half-hour
Consult via Skype/Face Time: $80.00/hour or $50.00/half-hour
(Any additional time will be billed at the rates above)
